Refurbishment and extension of existing 150,000 sq.ft. Retail Park.

Scheme comprised re-imaging of unit facades, new high level architectural canopies, construction of new retail units and A3 pods, alterations to car park layout and refurbishment of all external areas.

Works carried out in a phased manner to provide continuity of trade for retailers.

Solihull – Solihull Gate Retail Park

Development of new 58,000 ft² Retail Park.

Demolition of existing car dealership site and amendment to planning permission for out of town retail.

The scheme also comprised remediation of the site for new use.

Tamworth – Cardinal Point

New mixed-use development in excess of 200,000 sq.ft. (plus additional plots) on green field.

Scheme includes Retail Warehousing, Industrial and Car Dealership units. Extensive highway network improvements also required.
